The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store - Lots of Presents Merry Christmas Card

Hello blogging friends!  Today, is my day to post for The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.  I have another Christmas card to share with you on this last day of July.  I can't believe it's July and I already have several Christmas cards made!  It will be nice to have some of those already done, especially once we get in to the busy holiday season.  

Here is the card that I designed using the  JustRite Papercraft - Peace and Joy Sentiments clear stamp set.  I used the images of the presents to create the border across the bottom of the card.  I used Memento Tuxedo Black Ink to stamp on to white cardstock.  Then I colored the images with Spectrum Noir Markers.  The coloring is very simple and easy to do on this card and you could use any type of marker.  Next I stamped the sentiment in the upper corner.

Here you can see a close up of the sentiment.  I used Glossy Accents to apply a few Sequins 5mm Multi for a little bit of sparkle on the card.

Here is a close up of the presents.  Like I said this is very quick and easy coloring and I think this would be a great card to make multiples of.

To finish off the card I added a blue mat and then added a red card base.  I used May Arts Red Sheer Ribbon to create a pretty and fluffy bow and I used Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L E-Z Runner to adhere the card.

Market Basket Thinking of You Card - Pink Ink Stamps

Hello everyone!  I am so excited to share my first project with you using Pink Ink Stamps.  I was so happy when Peggy contacted me to join her design team.  I am looking forward to sharing my projects with all of you.

For my first card I stamped the Market Basket image on to white cardstock using Memento Rich Cocoa ink  and colored with Spectrum Noir™ Markers.  Then I created a die cut and stamped the Thinking of You sentiment at the top.  I inked the edges of the die cut with Antique Linen and Vintage Photo Distress Inks.  The card base is brown with a layer of kraft cardstock.  Then I added a couple layers of My Mind's Eye pattern paper from the Pretty Things Collection.  I added some 3D Foam Squares to add some dimension to the label die cut.  To finish off the card I added a twine bow and some flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Happy Birthday Card -JustRite March New Release

Hello everyone!  Today, I have a card to share with you using some of the New Releases from JustRite® Papercraft March release.

I used CL-02168 A2 Woodgrain Upcycled Frame Cling Background Stamp and CR-02166 Stacking Sentiments Clear Stamps from the new release.  Now these stamps can be used for several occasions but they are great for creating masculine cards.  I stamped the CL-02168 A2 Woodgrain Upcycled Frame Cling Background Stamp using Rich Cocoa ink and colored the frame with Spectrum Noir™ Markers.  Then I used Vintage Photo Distress Ink around the edges of the frame for some shading and the add some depth to the image.  Next I used 484e MIXED RECTANGLE LAYERING DIE SET from Tonic Studios (US) to cut/emboss some rectangles.  *NOTE--Links for the US and UK for Tonic Studios are listed below.  I stamped the sentiment using Rich Cocoa ink and then I used Teal Zeal, Bamboo Leaves ink to stamp some stars from the CR-02144 Bokeh Time Clear Stamps.

Here is a close up of the sentiment.  I tied some twine in a bow around the sentiment and then I added Glossy Accents to the stars.

To finish the card layered the different colors and pieces of cardstock and I used 3D Foam Squares in between some of the layers.

Bundle of Joy Baby Boy Card

Hello everyone!  Today I have the second baby card to share with you.  It's a bundle of joy little boy card.

Here is the card that I designed.  I just love this image with the stork--it's so adorable!  I stamped the image on to white cardstock using Memento Espresso Truffle ink and then I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Markers.  All of the markers I used are in the supply list below.  

I used S5-127 Labels Twenty-Eight from Spellbinders Paper Arts® to cut/emboss the label shape.

Here is a little silver baby rattle charm I attached to the side of the card using May Arts Silver Metallic String.

To finish off the card I used S6-010 5 x 7 Heirloom Legacy and S6-001 5 x 7 Matting Basics A die templates to create the decorative layers and mat for the card.  I inked Tim Holtz Distress Ink Broken China ink on the outer edges of the blue cardstock.  I used 3D Foam Squares and EZ Runner® Permanent Strips-Refillable Dispenser 49' from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L® to adhere and layer all of the pieces together.  Then I added a few  Melissa Frances White Pearls.

I didn't happen to use this SVG File for my project but some of the Design Team Members did and wait until you see just how beautiful it is!  Love this new Stationery Set!

Here is the card that I designed using  CR-02091 Elegant Fan Elements Clear Stamps and the matching JB-02008 Vintage Fan Dies from JustRite® Papercraft.  I stamped the images with VersaMark ink and then I used Gold Embossing Powder to heat emboss.  

I colored the fan using Spectrum Noir™ Pencils-Primaries 065, 068, 034, 078.

Here is a close up of the fan.  I added pearls, sequins and some small lace applique flowers.  Then I made a little tassel around the bottom of the fan with gold metallic string, lace, and some pink silk ribbon.  To finish it off I added a pink ribbon rose to the front.

I stamped a couple little accents and the sentiment in the corners and added more pearls.  The card base is white with a layer of pink and then pattern paper from Graphic 45 Botanical Tea Collection.

Special Delivery Baby Card

Hello everyone!  Today is going to be a quick post--I have several projects that I am working on and need to get done but I wanted to share this pretty pink baby card with you.

Here is a card that I made for some friends of ours that recently had a sweet baby girl.  The coloring was quick and easy.  I stamped the baby buggy image from CR-04810 Bundle of Joy Vintage Labels Five Clear Stamps using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  Then I used Spectrum Noir marker PP1 to color the baby buggy.  To create the die cuts I used S4-425 Elegant Ovals and S4-418 Labels Thirty-Six.  The sentiment is also from the same stamp set.

Here is a close up of the image and the die cuts.  I added a small pink bow with a pearl center to the baby buggy.  For some dimension I added 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L™.  

for the background I used E3D-018 European Tapestry M-bossabilities Folder to emboss the paper.  I inked the folder with Angel Pink Memento ink and then embossed the paper.  I also inked the edges of the paper.  To add a little sparkle I went over the embossed areas with my Zig Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush Pen.  

Well that's it for me today.  I've got to get back to work and get some projects done. :) I'll be making another baby card soon--my cousin and her husband are at the hospital right now and they just had a baby boy!  Their first child and he was born on my Grandpa's birthday so that's pretty neat too.  A Happy Day all the way around!

Fall Applique Clear Stamps - Bounty of the Season Card - JustRite Papercraft July New Release Day Four

Hello everyone!  It's day four of the July New Release for JustRite® Papercraft.  Today I have a beautiful Fall stamp set, matching SVG file, and a background stamp to share with you.

Here is the stamp set CR-02098 Fall Applique Clear Stamps.  If you love Fall and you love to color this is the stamp set for you!  It was so much fun to work with.

Here is the matching SVG Fall Applique Digital Cut File Download for CR-02098.  I love using the SVG files--it saves so much time on fussy cutting.

Here is the background stamp CL-02101 Stitched Vines Background Cling Stamp.  It's a little hard to tell from this picture but the vines on this background stamp are so pretty and dainty.  I can see using this stamp for several different occasions.

Here is the card that I designed using both of the stamp sets and the SVG files.  This was a fun card to make.  I love Fall and all of the beautiful colors.  I used ivory paper and Rich Cocoa ink for the images and then I used Spectrum Noir Markers to color all of the images.

Here is a close up of all the images after I colored them.

For the oval shape I used one of the dies from JB-04830 Vintage Labels Six Dies from  JustRite® Custom Dies.  Then I used Rich Cocoa ink and a sentiment from CR-02098 Fall Applique Clear Stamps.  I inked the die cut with Antique Linen and Vintage Photo Distress Inks.  Then I used two Antique Bronze Tibetan Style Corner Filigree (Item #HD901-B)  from ButterBeeScraps on each side of the die cut.  I also added a few pearls.

I used seam binding for the bow and hung a leaf charm from Nature's Garden Charm Set from a Black Safety Pin.  I colored the leaf charm using Spectrum Noir Markers.

At the bottom of the card I created a little cluster with the images and a few Bronze Filigree Embellishment (Item #150-B) leaves.

I stamped the background using Versa Mark ink and heat set with Gold Embossing Powder.  Then I took the Versa Mark ink pad and inked the outer edges of the paper and added more gold embossing powder and heat set it.  The base of the card is a chocolate brown with a layer of orange.

ButterBeeScraps - Rose Cameo Card

Hello everyone!  Today, I have a beautiful card to share with you using one of the cameos and some metal filigree pieces from ButterBeeScraps.  

Here is the card that I designed.  I just love the pretty pattern paper from Prima Stationer's Desk 6 x 6 Paper Pad and I wanted to try and match the cameo to the paper.

Here is a picture of all the supplies I used from ButterBeeScraps.  I used the Large Midnight Blue Cameos (Item #CAM24-MD), Large Bronze Cameo Frames (Item #F094-B), Bronze Filigree Embellishment (Item #683-B), and SS20 Siam Flat Back Glass Rhinestones.

Here is a before and after of the cameo.  I used Spectrum Noir™ DR7, DG4 markers to color the cameo.  Then I used the Blender to remove a little of the color off of the top.  Doing this creates more depth with the flowers and leaves.  Then I used some sand paper on the edges to distress the cameo just a little.  I glued the cameo in to the Large Bronze Cameo Frames (Item #F094-B).

These are the Spectrum Noir™ markers I used to color the cameo.

I used one of the  Bronze Filigree Embellishment (Item #683-B) and cut it in half and then I glued it in place under the frame.  I used the S4-425 Elegant Ovals to cut/emboss the patter paper.

Here is a close up of the cameo.

I used a deep red cardstock for the base and then I used black cardstock for the decorative mat.  I used S6-001 5 x 7 Matting Basics A, S6-010 5 x 7 Heirloom Legacy die templates from Spellbinders Paper Arts® to cut/emboss the shapes.  To finish off the card I added a few SS20 Siam Flat Back Glass Rhinestones and used Vintage Photo Distress Ink to ink the edges of the card.
