For the Happy Birthday sentiment and the fancy frame I used CL-02145 Family Garden stamp set from JustRite Stampers stampers with purple and black ink. Then I used S5-031 Fancy Tags Three die template from Spellbinders™ to cut/emboss the tag shape and then I added the die cut to Nestaboard™ Fancy Tags Three from Want2Scrap™. I also added diamond glitter to the tag and 72 Count Purple Rhinestones from Want2Scrap™. The stamp set, die cut and Nestaboard™ all match perfectly together. 
To create the butterfly I used LF-006 Wonderful Wings from the Donna Salazar Collection from Spellbinders™ and Watercolor paper from K & Company. The background paper is also from K & Company and the solid color paper is from Discount Cardstock. I added some diamond glitter and 72 Count Light Green Rhinestones to the butterfly.
The fancy frame in the background was made using S5-071 Twisted Metal Tags & Accents die template from Spellbinders™.
To pop up the Nestaboard™ I used 3 D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L™
