Good morning blogging friends!! Spring is in the air and nothing says Spring like a beautiful butterfly. How about a butterfly full of BLING!!Here is the card that I designed to share with you today. Look at all the beautiful Bling!! Nestabling™, Rhinestones and Swirls Oh My!! Here is a close up of the butterfly. To create this little beauty I used S5-051 Fanciful Flight die template from Spellbinder™ along with the Grand Calibur™ to cut/emboss the butterfly shape. Then I inked the edges with Antique Lines Distress Ink and Memento Rich Cocoa Ink. I used Gem Tac™ from Beacon Adhesives™ and then applied the glitter. For the body of the butterfly I used Chipboard Embellishments-Pack of 5-Style A, I lightly applied a little ivory paint to the chipboard leaving some of it exposed to give it a more distressed look. I used Zip Dry™ from Beacon Adhesives™ to adhere the chipboard. Once I had the butterfly in place on the card I added all of the bling--Black Rhinestones-Packageof72-Self Adhesive, Finesse Swirls Black Rhinestones-2 Pack Self Adhesive, Pink Baby Bling-100 Count Pink Rhinestones-2.5mm.Here is another picture of the butterfly. Using the Chipboard Embellishments-Pack of 5-Style A for the body gives the butterfly a totally different look. For the sentiment I used an image from Graphic 45 Once Upon A Springtime Collection papers. I used the Grand Calibur™ and S4-290 Labels Fourteen die template from Spellbinders™ to cut/emboss the label shape. Then I added Nestabling™ Labels Fourteen Black Rhinestones from Want2Scrap™ to the label diecut. Look at the perfect fit!!Here is another close up picture. The designer paper is from Graphic 45 Once Upon A Springtime Collection. For the card base I used Soot Cardstock from Discount Cardstock. I added a seam binding bow to the upper corner and a couple of Trinket Pins from Maya Road.
