JustRite Stampers - New Release - Whimsical Christmas Stamp Set

Hello! Sorry, it has been so long since my last post!! Today I have a Christmas card to share with you using some of the New Releases from JustRite Stampers. This week JustRite Stampers is featuring some of the New Christmas stamp sets on the JustRite Blog. Be sure to hop on over there and check it out---you will find lots of inspiration for creating Christmas cards! Here is the card I created using the cute little penguin stamp from the Whimsical Christmas stamp set.The Whimsical Christmas stamp set includes 6 Centers and 6 Interchangeable Borders and fits the 2'' Round Stamper.I started by stamping the image with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Did you know that JustRite Stampers in now carrying Tsukineko Memento Ink Pads? They have 24 colors to choose from! Click HERE to check it out. Then I started coloring the penguin with Copic markers. First I colored in the gray/black.Next I colored the ear muffs, scarf and mittens with Copic markers. The last little bit of coloring was on the beak. Then I used the S4-114 Standard Circles Large Die # 4 die templates with the Grand Calibur to cut/emboss the circle with the image and the sentiment. I cut/embossed the beaded circle and four of the flourish border using the Grand Calibur™ and S4-292 Beaded Circles Die # 3, S4-287 Fanciful Holiday die templates from Spellbinders™. I connected the borders to make a square flourish border for the card front. Then I layered the circles using 3D Foam Squares from SCRAPBOOK ADHESIVES By 3L™. I also added a little sparkle to the image using the Clear Star Glitter Pen from Sakura. Here is another close-up of the image. For the inside of the card I used one of the frames from Christmas Nested Frames and for the sentiment I used Christmas Nested Sentiments and Verse along with the Clear Horizontal Stampers-2 Pack (2-3/8'' x 4''). I stamped the frame and sentiment using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.For the frame I used Copic markers to color the holly and berries. To adhere all the layers I used the New My Stick™ Permanent Strips Dispenser from SCRAPBOOK ADHESIVES By 3L™.Here is the inside of the card. Using the Christmas Nested Frames and Christmas Nested Sentiments and Verse is an easy way to add a beautiful sentiment to the inside of your card.I also added some tiny pearls and snowflake buttons to the front of the card.
