How many of you ladies out there have a HUGE collection of Purses & Handbags? I know a few ladies that have amazing collections!! When I was thinking of a project to do using JustRite Stampers for the JustRite Stampin' Champion Contest it came to me...
...what about a purse with your very own Monogram? How cool would that be!! I know several of you are talking to your computer screen right about now and saying, "YES I would Absolutely LOVE IT!!" Well I have good news for you because that's the project for today! *wink*For the monogram I used one of the C-45 Monogram Borders & Special Occasions Letter Set. I used Maroon Color Box Chalk Ink by ClearSnap and stamped onto Cryogen White CS. Then I used the Wizard, Universal Die Cutting & Embossing System to cut & emboss a classic circle using the Classic Circle Nestabilities from Spellbinders. I applied Frayed Burlap Distress Ink by Ranger to the center of the circle. I also cut out a scallop circle using the Petite Scallop Nestabilities from Spellbinders and mounted it to the back of the classic circle. Then I added a tiny pearl to the letter B.On the sides I made an embellishment using one of the Damask Border Stamps from JustRite Stampers and Classic & Petite Scallop Nestabilities. I used the same inks as mentioned above. I added a heart shapped button (with the back cut off) to the center. Using Copic markers I colored the flower inside the heart. To cover the purse I used Designer Paper from Crafty Secrets, Radiant Paper Pad and then to give it even more of a vintage look I went over it with Frayed Burlap Distress Ink by Ranger. Then I added the trim & buttons.I painted the top of the purse using a pearl paint. After the paint was dry I went over it with the Frayed Burlap ink and let it dry. Once the ink was dry I added some vintage style stickers from Crafty Secrets. I have to be honest I have never really been one for stickers BUT I have recently changed my mind! These vintage style stickers from Crafty Secrets are Sooooo BEAUTIFUL!!! The detail is Amazing!! Supplies~

This isn't just a purse, it is a work of art. I am so envious because I don't own the Monogram kit just yet. Can you tell me just how troublesome the tiny alphabets are? If they are....
