Exciting News!! Want2Scrap Design Team!!!

OMGosh I am so excited to finally be able to share some news with all of you!! Before leaving for CHA I received and email from Michele Ciola, Marketing Director for Want2Scrap, asking me to join the Want2Scrap Design Team!! And I said--Yes, YES, YES!!! LOL!! While I was at CHA I had the pleasure of meeting Michele Parrish, owner and President of Want2Scrap and Michele Ciola, Marketing Director for Want2Scrap. They are both amazing ladies!! I am SO honored and excited to be part of such a wonderful and very talented Design Team!!! I LOVE Bling and the products are Amazing!!! Did you hear all the chatter at CHA, on blogs or in forums about the company with the New Nestabling™ to match the Spellbinders™ die templates? Well this is it--Want2Scrap is the company that all the buzz is about!!

I have a card to share with you using the New Nestabling™ from Want2Scrap!!For the beautiful pearly bling I used the New Nestabling™ Beaded Squares White Pearl and LeCreme Baby Pearls-100 Count from Want2Scrap. Look at all that pearly goodness--it's gorgeous and the Nestabling™ is so easy to apply to your projects! To start I cut/embossed a decorative square from lavender paper using the Grand Calibur™ and S4-315 Beaded Squares #4 from Spellbinders™. I left the paper in place and used the die template as a stencil and added Spring Pansy ink.Now you can see the finished beaded square die cut after it was inked. I also cut/embossed and image from Crafty Secrets Altered Fairies Creative Scraps using the Grand Calibur™ and S4-291 Labels Fifteen #5. I hand cut the ticket, birds and wings from the Crafty Secrets Altered Fairies Creative Scraps. Here you can see how easy it is to apply the Nestabling™ to your projects! Start to peel of a little corner of the Nestabling™ from the clear sheet, line up the bling on the die cut and peel the clear sheet backwards for perfect placement of the Nestabling™. Gorgeous!!Here is a close up of the Nestabling™ Beaded Squares White Pearl on the finished card.
To create the little glittery chipboard heart I colored a heart shape from Crafty Secrets Sweet Chips with Copic markers. By adding the E31 along the edges of the heart it give a vintage/aged look once the glitter is added.I used a 2-way glue pen and covered the entire heart with glue and then added the glitter.Here is a close up of the glittery heart. I added the wings and tag with the word block sentiments both from Crafty Secrets Altered Fairies Creative Scraps. The tag is from Crafty Secrets Sweet Chips. I inked the edges, used a glitter pen for a little sparkle and added the word block sentiments. I also added some roses from Prima and hand tinted blue seam binding.Along the bottom of the card I added lace trim, a ticket from the Creative Scraps, buttons and some LeCreme Baby Pearls-100 Count in the corner.Here is another close up of the Nestabling™ and the image of the fairies. I added glitter in between the pearls on the Nestabling™ and used a Clear Star Glitter Pen from Sakura to add a little sparkle to the birds and fairies.I used 3D Foam Squares from SCRAPBOOK ADHESIVES By 3L™ to add dimension to the card.
