JustRite Papercraft April Release - Day 2

Good morning blogging friends! Today, is day two of the JustRite Papercraft April Release and I have another card to share with you.

To design my card I used CL-03615 Elegant Fronds Background and CR-03630 Vintage Rose Medallion. I just love the tiny little roses in the new stamp sets--they are so pretty and dainty!

To started I stamped the oval medallion frame from CR-03630 Vintage Rose Medallion with Rich Cocoa ink and added a sentiment to the center. Then I colored the image using Prismacolor Colored Pencils.

Next I used JB-10025 Nested Oval Medallion Labels to cut/emboss the label shaped. I wanted to create a mat for the image so I used the larger die template with a pretty deep plum cardstock called Fit for a Queen from Discount Cardstock.

I used CL-03615 Elegant Fronds Background and Milled Lavender Distress Ink to create the background.

I stamped the floral spray using Dusty Concord Distress Ink in the corners and then I distressed the edges of the paper using the Distrezz-it-All from Zutter. Then I layer the background paper with a piece of the deep plum paper.

Here is a close up of the colored image.

For a finishing touch I added a bow made with Hand-Dyed Silk Hydrangea Ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon and some paper flowers and leaves from I am Roses with some pearls and a trinket pin.

Please be sure to visit each of the JustRite Papercraft Design Team Members to see what they have been creating with all of the wonderful New Releases.
