Crafty Secrets DT New Product Challenge - Beach Shadow Box

Good morning!! Today is Crafty Secrets New Products Challenge Day. Our DT Leader Vicki Chrisman gave the Crafty Secrets DT Members a challenge to create something with some of the Fabulous New Crafty Secrets Products. There are so many Fantastic and Fun New Products from Crafty Secrets, I know I can't wait to see what the girls have been busy creating. I have a link list at the bottom of this post so you can visit each of the Crafty Secrets DT Members blogs. Here is the project I created for today's challenge. I made a fun little beach theme shadow box. I used the Travel Creative Scraps and Bathing Beauties stamp set from Crafty Secrets to create the shadow box.I started by painting the box with sand and a rich brown acrylic paints. Then I did a little bit of airbrushing on the inside bottom of the box using Copic marker BG15.Next I stamped one of the images from Bathing Beauties stamp set from Crafty Secrets using Memento Rich Cocoa ink. Then I colored the bow with Copic marker R27 and added Vintage Photo Distress Ink to the entire image and then cut out the image by hand.I cut a large section of the Travel Creative Scraps and added it to the inside of the box and I also cut out a few other images, inked the edges and added them to the shadow box as well. Here is a close-up of the top of the shadow box. I have one of the images from the Travel Creative Scraps with some moss, shells and beads. Here is a close-up of the bottom of the box with more moss, shells and beads. I also added a piece of rope and an image from the Travel Creative Scraps.Once I had the shadow box done I misted the entire piece with Tattered Angels Crushed Shells Glimmer Mist.
