Good morning and thank you for joining in the fun with today's blog hop! Today I have another Christmas ornament to share with you. I love having handmade Christmas ornaments for gift giving. I found this beautiful glittery gold maple leaf and embellished it using JustRite stamps. To start I stamped the pine cone image from JB-09770 Holiday Cheer using Rich Cocoa Ink.Next I colored the image using Copic markers. Then I made two die cuts using the Grand Calibur™ and S4-115 Petite Scallop Circles Large die #2, S4-114 Standard Circles Large die #2. I layered the two pieces together to add the the gold maple leaf. I used a hot glue gun to add all the pieces to the golf leaf. The swirls were made using S4-287 Fanciful Holiday. I inked the edges with Antique Linen Ink and then added the pine cone, poinsettia, holly and touched of sparkle with diamond stickles. This is a quick and easy way to dress up and personalize a Christmas ornament giving it the handmade look.
