Crafty Secrets Rose Music Note Cards

Hello Blogging Friends! Today, I have a set of four greeting cards using Crafty Secrets Creating with Vintage Patterns CD, Grand Greetings and Mini Frames Stamp Sets.

I just love the shabby chic look for this card set! I used the Creating with Vintage Patterns CD to design the pattern paper. I used the Music Notes and then layered Rose Clusters on the top.

I used the image of the postage stamp from the Mini Frames stamp set from Crafty Secrets and then I used S4-348 Postage Stamps die templates to create the die cut shapes.

I used Grand Greeting stamp set from Crafty Secrets for all of the sentiments.

Next I added a seam binding bow and some twine, punched a hole in the faux postage stamp and tied a bow.

For a finishing touch I added a charm, glitter and some pearls.

Using the Creating with Vintage Patterns CD allowed me to design my own pattern paper and these cards came together so quick and easy! Thank you so much for stopping by today and I hope you have a wonderful weekend!!

Hugs & Smiles,
Heidi

  5. Heidi ... STUNNING! You must share with me how you did the layering of the roses on top of the sheet music paper -- I'm tech challenged, so I always need explanation on the 'how tos'!!!

  6. These are gorgeous. Just love them.

I too would like to know how you
layered the two papers. Almost looks like the roses are behind the music. Ha, yes I have been studying the pictures and just can't figure it out.

Did you do it within the cd program or print one and then run the paper again and print over it?
So want to know how you did them!:)

I don't have this cd but have it on my wish list JoanR
