My favorite go to item are my dies...used with my Big Shot and/or e-Bosser! I do enjoy fussy cutting with my Cutter Bee scissors as well, but the dies are soooooo much quicker...LOL!

ReplyDeleteWhat is my go to item....I would have to say it's my ephemera stash. If I'm looking for inspiration I'll find it there. If I need something to take the project to the next level I'll find it there.
The box of ephemera always keeps changing as I add to it from garage sale finds. That gotta have item when you come around the corner in your fav store. You know how it is!!

My favorite "Go-To" crafty item has to be my photopolymer stamps and various inks. Even though I have a digital die cutter machine and many other toys, I just love to stamp, paint and color. It makes me feel creative. I also love my big kick, but sadly I don't use it as often as I would like.

My spellbinders are always close by. I use to sit forever picking up one embellishment after another and nothing seemed to make the card pop and then I would get that AHA moment and use one of my spellbinders and the card would take on a new life.

ReplyDeleteHi, Heidi! There are a couple of things I use all the time - one can't craft without a paper cutter, scorer, scissors, PEARLS AND MORE PEARLS and adhesive! Oh, and white cardstock! I use the cardstock on everything I make, so I guess that would be it. But one can't have too much bling or PEARLS! lol

My favorite go to item lately has been a blank canvas. I have done a few mixed media canvases and that's where it all starts. Then, of course, I use paper, dies, embellishments, paints, ribbon, stamps, etc. to complete the canvas but it all starts with a blank canvas and an idea.

I love mediums, texture, paint, metal, dies, and of course spellbinders.Love the range of styles and lines they have. The dlites and the border dies, tags, frames, shapeabilities sets, girlie grunge, ALL of them, LOL. I actually started acquiring spellbinders dies from blitsy before I even really started creating. Have not tried the new mixed medias "YET" but they're definately on my list. Love the variety. Enjoyed looking at your creations, getting ideas :)
